When I was growing up, my older sister Krista had a flip doll that was Red Riding Hood on the top and when you flipped the doll over, it was the grandmother. Cool! And when you flipped the grandma’s bonnet over, it was the wolf. Ack!
I am super excited be giving away a copy of “Flip Dolls & Other Toys That Zip, Stack, Hide, Grab & Go” by Laura Wilson, which is filled with flip dolls like that old Red Riding Hood, as well as cute cars and robots and all other kinds of friends to snuggle.
There are so many projects that I want to make in here. First up for my superhero-loving daughter, Elise, I’m going to make the Super Hero Flip Doll!
Flip the mild mannered everyday girl or boy into a Super Hero!
I’m also loving this sweet bunny rabbit…
I also really like the caterpillar that turns into a butterfly. I like the idea of packaging this up with the Eric Carle classic book for a playful baby gift.
To enter for a chance to win a copy of “Flip Dolls & Other Toys That Zip, Stack, Hide, Grab & Go” – please log in the box below using Facebook, click the green “+1″ entry button and follow the instructions — I’m using a service for this giveaway called Rafflecopter. Good luck!

That's such a great looking book. I'm sure it would be full of things to make for my 3 grandchildren. Thank you.

I love this! We totally had that same Little Red Riding Hood/Grandma/Wolf toy when I was little. I totally forgot about it until you started describing it. How fun!
